Welcome from James

“Inspecting a new home is often a real treat for a home inspector but all too often we hear builders telling clients not to worry about deficiencies because they have a warranty. In reality, this warranty is held by an insurance company and insurance companies don’t like to pay out money to anyone for anything. When you get a Solid State new home inspection, you will have a building expert working for you to get your dream home right in the first place.”

New House Delivery Walk-Through Inspection: $399.99 - Book Today and we pay the GST

Our inspectors will do a complete inspection on your new home looking for defects in construction and safety hazards before you even move in. In the first year of your new home warranty the builder is to repair all deficiencies at their expense so this is the best time to get things fixed right and save money in the future. Inspection rate is 20% off the regular $499 rate as empty homes are faster to inspect than occupied homes and appliances are often not in place.

Investing in the construction of a new home can be both exciting and frustrating. There are hundreds of little details in a home to get just the way you ordered it and your builder will have had to manage dozens of different trades with different timelines to get it all done.

While your builder is an expert and we know they are doing their best to get it right, nearly every new home has some type of safety or building defect. Some deficiencies are as simple as a sticking door or a missing access cover, others, like a missing handrail on stairs could be a major life safety hazard on move in day.

A Solid State New Home Delivery Inspection will find these defects during your 2-5-10 year new home warranty so that they can be fixed before the builder signs off on a finished job. Then you will get the gorgeous home you paid for, with the knowledge it is safe and sound.
