If you own a rental propery, you want to know your property is in good order and you also have an obligation to ensure your rental property is safe and solid for your tenants. A Solid State Home inspector goes beyond what a property manager can offer by advising you on safety issues in your rental property as well as reporting on age of systems and possible upcoming expenses.


Solid State Home Inspections will provide a full home inspection report and can offer bi-annual follow up inspections at a discounted rate to ensure your property remains in great condition.


Standard Condo Inspection: $399 - Book Today and we pay the GST

Solid State Home Inspectors will inspect roof, underground parking, and common boiler rooms for condo’s when access can be attained (typically through the realtor). In addition, we will do a full interior and site safety inspection on your rental property.

  • Common areas of Townhouses and Condo's are inspected and reported on however only for potential impacts of major expenses (e.g. leaking underground parking)


Interior Unit Only Condo Inspection: $249+tax

If access to the exterior is not available or necessary, Solid State Condo Inspectors can do an interior only inspection. Our high standards still apply and you can have piece of mind your unit is safe and solid.

Follow up Inspections from: $199+tax

Solid State Home Inspectors will visit your property and ensure the current report is still valid and will advise you of any major changes in the rental property.
